The Law Office of Timothy L. Finkenbinder, P.A., provides immigration legal services to large and small companies and investors, as well as to families and individuals seeking work visas, green cards and citizenship.
Mr. Finkenbinder has served as a Senior Consultant on corporate immigration and compliance to the U.S. national offices of one of the world’s largest accounting and consulting firms; as Vice President of Corporate Affairs to a $20 million dollar consulting firm based in New York City, and as an attorney in private practice. He began working in the field of immigration upon graduation from law school in 1996 and immigration has been a part of his practice throughout his career.
Mr. Finkenbinder is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Osceola County Bar Association where he presently serves as Treasurer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
As an active member of the community, Mr. Finkenbinder’s firm was the proud recipient of the New Business of the Year Award from the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce in 2008. He remains active in the Chamber and presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Downtown Kissimmee Area Council. He has previously served as a member of the Small Business Council Board of Directors, and as President and Vice President of the Downtown Kissimmee Leads Group.
Tim is also a member of the Kissimmee Bay Rotary Club and the British American Chamber of Commerce and participates in its Celebration Leads Group. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer and has delivered presentations to the Osceola County Association of Realtors, private corporations and accounting firms, as well as appearing as a guest speaker on ESPN 1080’s Best of the Brit’s show.
